Healthy eating!xD

Daily diets is important as it affects our health in the long run. For one to stay healthy, it is important to have the right choice of food. Fish, vegetables and fruits are some examples of food that help us to stay healthy in different ways.It is also recommended to eat more seafood as they are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and is beneficial to us. Vegetables also have many benefits and some examples are: Lowering blood pressure,reduces risk of heart disease, stroke and many more. Fruits are packed with vitamins, mineral and protective plant compounds and fibre thus, they are a great source of nutrients and vital for a healthy diet. On the other hand, junk food such as potato chips and sweets are some unhealthy stuff that teens like to eat nowadays. Of course, it is good to have some of these once in a while but too much of them may affect your health. Some examples of of diseases associated with eating unhealthy food are diabetes, having high cholestorol, cancer and more. I like to eat fruits and vegetables. Not only do they taste good, but they are also as mentioned above, healthy.I strongly support the school's campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and and vegetables.
